How the scoping call works.

Once you send the form, a real EOX Vantage engineer reviews it and reaches out within one business day to book a 30-minute call. There is no sales team in between, and no obligation to run a Build-a-Thon at the end of it.

1. We learn your context. The work your team does, the tools you already use, and the ideas people keep saying you should build.

2. We shape the afternoon. We map an agenda around real use cases from your own business, so the day produces something you can keep.

3. We pick the room. We help you choose who should attend, mixing technical and non-technical roles, because that mix is where the best ideas come from.

Who should attend

Bring 10 to 20 people from across the business: engineering and IT alongside operations, finance, customer service, product, and analytics. You do not need coding experience to take part. AI and vibe coding tools let non-technical people build working prototypes, and our engineers float between participants to help.
